Chemistry Department Visited Directorate of Environment

On Tuesday, April 3, 2018, a scientific trip was organized for fourth year students in the Chemistry Department at the University of Zakho to the Directorate of Environment in Duhok city. The activity was under supervision of the lecturer of Instrumental analysis course Assist. Prof. Dr. Nidhal Sh. Mohammed. The aim of the visit was to view all the instruments and equipment available in Directorate of Environment in Duhok city to students in addition to know all analyses and applications to environmental samples including water, soil and air. The trip was very useful to students and allowed them to be familiar with important analytical instruments that were taught during the academic year and how can be applied practically in order to strengthen the theoretical information.
